Thanks for coming to check out my work experience. I have been working in the event industry for over two years, but I have been learning about it for over four years. Below I have added both my work experience and my coursework.

  • Designed marketing materials for public events hosted at the winery

  • Collaborated with the owner in running the Lake Hill Winery social media pages

  • Connected with coworkers and clients to communicate event details

  • Arranged and implemented events such as weddings, brunches, and bridal shows

  • Assisted with all weddings and wedding-related events, including tours, tastings, day of coordination, etc.

  • Communicated with couples and vendors before, during, and after weddings

  • Coordinated with vendors and risk management to ensure insurance requirements were met and provided

  • Provided onsite support for 15+ weddings with up to 300 guests

  • Led the planning for the Fall 2022 United at the Union Wedding Expo, which had 190+ attendees, 15+ vendors, and brought in $8,000+

  • Received MU Student Employee of the Month in July 2022

  • Organized the MU Weddings media pages with over 1,000 followers.

  • Planned, marketed, and executed the Spring 2022 United at the Union Wedding Expo, which had 280+ attendees, 20+ vendors, and brought in $9,000+
